  • I am giving this business a 2 star rating due to changes in prices that almost doubled in less than a couple of months. I am a soap and candle maker. So I am constantly looking to order my supplies that are of good quality and at a good price so, I can pass the savings on to my customers. I have ordered from this company a couple of times and have to say I was not disappointed with the products. Just a couple of months ago I ordered an 100% natural fragrance oil to try in one of my all natural soaps. I bought an 8 oz bottle for $27 which yields 5 loaves of soap. This was a nice fragrance and nice addition to my line of soaps. Customers liked it and I thought well this is one I will add to my line up of soaps that I offer. I went to re-order and it is now $47 for an 8 oz bottle. I couldn't believe it. I was so disappointed. This isn't even cost productive for me unless I pass it on to my customers. Many great essential oils are less expensive than this. The fragrance was nice, but not that nice. I use to order metal tins from them for my candles and they have had a 35% increase in them as well just in the last couple of months. It isn't cost productive to order these from them either. Even with the low price guarantee I can get them from another vendor with other things I need to order and the savings is much better. I would much rather work with a company that doesn't suck you in and then increase the prices 35 - 45% in just a few months.
