  • This is the 2nd time I have gone to Meineke for an oil change and when I get home let my car sit for a bit and then leave, there is a big oil puddle. The service is fast and the associate was helpful, but it doesn't excuse laziness. Now I don't know if it's from a legit oil leak or just laziness in doing the oil change. I even tried to call the place, it was right at closing time and no one answered, do you close at 6 or do you leave at 6? Cause I find it interesting that you can't just pick up the phone! Brought my vehicle back to inspect the oil leak, and a few days later another leak. Big oil puddles on my garage floor. Although issues have arose, manager Troy is going above and beyond to resolve the issue!
