  • The promoter cancelled all of the hot air balloons at 6:00 but continued to sell tickets and take everyone's money even though there was no "hot air balloon festival" and refused to refund anyone's money. They claimed big gusts of wind but there was no wind. Parking $10, adult tickets $20 each, children 12 and younger $15. What a ripoff! Avoid the promoter of this event - aerial solutions llc. They live in Cave Creek and operate the hot air balloons for corporate advertising. www.aerialsolutionsllc.com family owned and operated.
