  • I clearly scheduled a 10:30 am appointment with the receptionist for Wednesday June 17th and the RECONFIRMED the time again with the receptionist, only to come in this morning and be told that my appointment had been moved to 10. I asked why no one tried to contact me and I was told that I had been called. On top of that, the phone number that they had been "calling" me at was also wrong. I calmly explained all of this to her and she said that there is nothing that she can do now (at 10:30 am). I was confused as to how she thought that she could do a good job on dying my hair in 30 minutes and then throw me out when the dying process takes at least an hour. She said I appreciate you canceling and walked out of there as fast as I could. DO NOT MAKE APPOINTMENTS HERE.
