  • Jessica, the new Manager of the office has been in contact with me about the previous issue we had with the Plumber they sent out. We have talked and resolved the issues we had. They did come out and fix the other bathroom of ours and the Gentleman they sent was very courteous and nice. He resolved the issues we had and cleaned up after. He did the right thing and took the toilet outside to fix it instead of in the house. I am updating to a 4 and not a 5 only because of the customer service. The only difficult thing is getting a hold of someone at the office. But Jessica has stayed in contact with us for the issue.
