  • What a nightmare. The flash on my iPhone was staying on and I took it there to have them look at it. She said I had water damage. Fine, I'll put a claim into LifeProof, but now I can't because she damages the case taking it off. I point out that she failed to remove the earphone jack plug before taking the case off and that's why it's messed up. She denies it and so does her manager, who wasn't even looking at her work. Now Verizon won't help me because it's a franchise and the store denies they screwed up my LifeProof case. All I can say is that they suck, they don't stand behind their work and they are not honest. The case wasn't cheap and Verizon offered me 20% off. Big deal. My phone is still screwed up and now I can't make a claim against LifeProof and I have an expensive case that doesn't work because the person at the store wrecked it. Avoid this place like the plague.
