This is my second dealing with this body shop and not by choice. Their communication is horrible because there is none. You call and call and no one that you need to speak with is available and then when they are they have no information to as to an ETA on when your car will be done. My car is with them now because they didn't fix it right the first time which has led to other issues within my car. This time around yet again, communication is horrible. I am dealing with a manager now and she doesn't return phone calls or keep you updated. How can I expect any better from any of the other employees when the management is just as horrible. Will never bring my vehicle here again even if the service was free. You would think a company with the Hendrick name would have great service, but they are HORRIBLE. I would suggest taking your car anywhere other than here. The rental car I got was not even a comparable one to my own car, again the manager Stephanie was suppose to find one that was and give me a call back. They have had my car for 2 weeks now and I have heard nothing. I even called and left a message for Stephanie to call me back last week, still nothing.
