Piss poor service and where was the shuttle? Jessica the front counter manager had an attitude in every single encounter we had with her. After landing at the airport we contacted the hotel to request the shuttle we were told the shuttle was not working. After ordering a LYFT driver we arrived and the shuttle was there working shuttling people to the strip! The following morning we were told there was a long wait for the shuttle and informed there was only one. We walked to the strip. That evening we found our way to the harrahs shuttle pickup area and called to order a shuttle, it arrived over a hour later. The following morning we requested the shuttle to take us to the strip, Jessica told us it would be there in 30 minutes, after waiting 35 min we asked her if the shuttle was still coming, she then informed us that the shuttle is busy taking people to and from the airport and it would be a couple hours, she knew we were sitting outside waiting but she never thought to come tell us that it wasn't coming. The hotel itself is falling apart. The pool was nicest thing about our stay although saw looks of cockroaches and the location of the pool was in the same courtyard where the dogs poo. The bed was comfortable, we didn't trust the staff to clean our room, they appeared miserable and pissed off. (Because Jessica is their boss?) needless to say we will never stay here again. Ever.
