rev:text	I have never had the privilege of dealing with such a professional and efficient company, until now. The guys at Stell Roofing are amazing! Yesterday, they showed up right when expected and got to work. They were polite, clean and efficient. I felt totally safe home alone with them and felt comfortable leaving my house in their hands. Though they had communicated properly with my property management, property management had forgot to tell me they would be coming a second day (my property management has since called to apologize). Anyhow, since I wasn't expecting them, I didn't close my dog door to the backyard or take her to doggie daycare (like I had done the day before). So, by no fault of their own, my dog got out. When I realized it, I was frantic. I told the guys and asked them to stop working and turn their tools off, so she wouldn't be scared to come back. They did, but they didn't stop there...all of them left the job (with my permission of course) and helped me look for my dog! They spent the morning driving/walking all around helping me find her. And with their help, we found my baby! Immediately after, they got right back on the roof and went back to work. I was moved to tears by their kindness. I mean talk about going above and beyond. I was so incredibly impressed before, but this just was beyond belief. These guys could see how upset I was and though they didn't have to, they rushed to find ways to help. That is not something you normally see, but then again, this isn't a business that just wants your money; this is a business that genuinely cares about the people they serve and getting the job done right. After all that, they still got the job done on time. As always, they left my yard cleaner than they found it and my roof in perfect shape. Because they are so good at what they do, I know I won't need a roofer for quite awhile. That being said, when I do, they are the only company I will ever call. If you want your job well done and done quickly and professionally at that- than this is the company for you. Mike and his guys truly care. You won't find that type of quality or service elsewhere.
