  • Went to see Amanda to re-pierce my neck with 2 dermals. Even before the piercing, I was impressed with Amanda's customer service. We exchanged texts and eventually worked out a time for me to come into the shop. We thought this would be a simple job, but it turned into a long, difficult process due to some scar tissue from my previous piercing. After multiple attempts, I was ready to give up, but Amanda was determined! She asked me repeatedly about my comfort level and even gave me some numbing spray (which was great). She eventually got them in and they look great! I was super excited she was able to use the same spots as before, and I recommend her to anyone looking to get a piercing. I'm glad I went to someone with her experience- someone else could have easily hurt me and/or screwed up the piercing.
