  • This studio is unlike any other I have visited! Instructors take the time to explain, adapt, and correct the exercises being done in order to give you maximum results. Everyone is so friendly and even take the time to learn your name! I always feel like I get a great workout every time I come. They offer everything from treadmill circuit classes to reformer chair. It's a great variety! The studio is extremely clean and a very pleasant place to workout. Jessica, the owner, is very patient and will answer and address all your questions and concerns. I am not only pleased with the staff and the facility, but I am also pleased with the muscle tone I have acquired within the last 8 weeks! This place is a real gem!
