  • I've had moles my whole life but figured it was about time to get them checked since living in Arizona sun exposure is inevitable. However, the main reason for going to Papillon Dermatology was because I noticed a larger mole on my temple. The office is clean and parking is conveniently located just steps away from the door. Each visit, I was promptly taken back after checking-in and paying the copay at the front desk. I saw Dr. Ubogy and what I really appreciate is that she took the time to explain what she was doing and why. Also, she was very patient with all my questions despite the fact she probably gets asked the same things over and over again by everyone that sees her. Two of my moles ended up needing to be biopsied. Everyone at the facility was very positive which is great for calming nerves. At the end of your visit, you are informed it takes about a week to get your results, but you will receive a call either way to let you know. Both times I was called in less than a week. I had a good experience with Papillon and have recommended the practice to both friends and family.
