  • The Co-Op is decent grocery store but they are a poor neighborhood citizen. They tow cars from their own parking lot with a vengeance for anyone who has parked over the two hour limit even when the lot is nearly empty. What's the point? I live in the condo building next door and as I leave for work, I watch them running around, gleefully chalking tires on a lazy mid-week morning, the lot twenty percent full, and then sending in the tow truck. They run leaf blowers and cut concrete in their parking lot past the legal hours, late in the evening, on the weekends. The operative word here is Co-operative. Unfortunately, they don't seem to want to cooperate with anyone else. Decent grocery. Bad karma.
