  • Terrible! I set my appointment and showed up 10min early. The lady was running late with another client and ran 20min past my scheduled time, understandable because it's getting close to the tax deadline. But then when the lady took me back to her cubical I started to ask her my questions and she said that she didn't have enough time because she had nother appointment after me, So I told her I had made my appointment also and could not understand why the apt after each was so important that she had to cancel mine in the middle and run over late with the person in front of me. I was not a walk in. But she said she was running late and couldn't do it because it was almost time to take her next appointment but I could stay and wait for her to finish with him. I took my papers back and walked out.
