  • Omg, I don't go to McDonald's often, but sometimes you just get that craving, you know? Well, if you do and this location is the one you're considering, stifle that craving, bury it so deep you don't even want food, cuz this is literally the worst-run restaurant ever built. I'm actually surprised McDonald's HQ hasn't shut this location down for violations of every single measure of franchise success. However much money this place brings in could be multiplied by 10, just by having competent management brought in. Everything is unnecessarily slow and confused, from the line (in restaurant AND drive-through) to the order taking to the mistakes on the order and most heinously, the wait, which I've clocked at 25 min!!! The neighbourhood isn't the greatest, and there are definitely some shady and very sad looking people in there, but that has nothing to do with the complete and utter incompetence on display by staff and management. I'm not asking for anything other than people to be somewhat organized and for them to think about how they do their job. Too much to ask here. Seriously, if anyone from McDonald's corporate scans reviews, someone needs to get some quality control to this location, stat!
