  • Unfortunately after reading everyone's good reviews I thought this was a place I could go and be treated with great customer service as well as mechanical service. I was incredibly wrong. I brought my car here because I had a nail in my tire that I needed patched up. They patched my tire up fine but as I drove off and went home (around the corner) as soon as I pulled into my garage and stopped my car the cap to my rim fell off (the same tire they fixed). So I pick it up and see that where it screws on has been broken and cracked and someone just tried to put it back on without even telling me they broke it. Next, I called them to discuss this and they acknowledged that they knew they put it back on without informing me and kept trying to convince me it was going to happen eventually yet I've had this car since 2007 and it has never broken until they fixed this tire. They told me to bring in the cap so they could fix it for me or find a replacement, apparently they couldn't find a replacement so they told me they would just fix it themselves. After months of calling them continuously about it and them constantly telling me the person who worked with me was out of town and that they would call me back when they were back in town, they never called me back themselves once! I was always the one to contact them and see what was going on. I believe I went to see them originally in late February or early March. Until this day they have not called me back and gave me any updates and I have gotten tired of calling them and getting a run around every time. Also my one tire is still terrible looking missing only one cap. I'm not sure if they're reviews are all bought or far from genuine but I know my experience here was terrible. I am very disappointed that they let this happen and did nothing about it. If the other discount tire locations are better than this one go ahead but no way would I recommend this shop to anyone after what they did to me.
