rev:text	I've been a Nordstrom customer for many years, and it's upsetting that I came to this Nordstrom Rack to buy gifts. I was accompanied by my dog; therefore, I called beforehand to make sure it would be okay to bring him into the store. The store operator said they are dog friendly, and it's fine as long as he's on a leash. Mind you, he's been to several Nordstrom's and Nordstrom Racks in Chicago, and this was our first visit and last at this location. All the team members we saw were very friendly and petted him; however, one lady in particular said he couldn't be in the store unless he's a service dog and further stated it's their policy! Obviously not!! She said she would verify with her manager but at this point, I chose not to spend my money in this store. Now if a customer calls and inquired, make sure you provide accurate information! I'll NEVER shop at this location!!!
