  • It's amazing how many times they can screw up an order. They damaged a pair of Prada shoes and had to send them back for a fix, decided to keep a pair of shoe trees until I demanded them back and sewed buttons on the wrong shirt despite explicit instructions where to add. Talk about a good idea poorly executed. Maybe they can fix the kinks but I don't trust them with my high end clothes
