  • Hit and miss here. The owner (first chair?) and staff are friendly, and my first beard trim was great. I was surprised that the Barber used a Norelco on my neck line, but shrugged it off. The second beard trim was a massacre. Different Barber used clippers to SHAPE MY EYEBROWS into some creepy thin form that I did not request! I don't even have bushy eyebrows! I was excited to see the hot lather come out until he cut my face twice with the straight razor. One cut was a slice that wouldn't stop bleeding and the other was a nick. I was charged full price and left wishing I had watched to see if he put a fresh blade on before shaving me.
