  • We were referred to the company via our home warranty Service to address a leak from a pipes associated with the washing machine. Had some concerns with reading mixed reviews, and told them that in the call. Felt the service went well. They were quick to respond to the call (there's also a call back time frame requirement by our warranty program), were polite, professional and respectful by phone. The technician arrived as scheduled, called in route. He put shoe booties on to enter house, which I appreciated. He was professional, respectful, and able/willing to answer questions (all very important to me). He diagnosed the problem and quickly got to work. He needed another part, so had to schedule a return date later in the week. He even offered some requested information on service options. When he returned, he brought another tech with him; the down side, neither wore booties over their shoes for this second visit...note to company to perhaps make sure this is a consistent policy. We've had no additional problems from the repair. We're satisfied and would use again.
