  • The experience I had at Diamond House could not have been have been any better. I worked with a few different employees here and they were all great but I worked with Susan and Richard (the in house jeweler) more than anyone else. I was in the market for an engagement ring and wasn't really sure what style diamond or ring I was looking for. I had done some homework on my own researching but when I began shopping at Diamond House they went over everything with me to make sure I had all the info I needed to make a good decision: carat, color certificates etc. They actually had competitive if not better prices than a lot of the other stores I checked out but the difference was the time they patiently spent with me. I never felt like I was being rushed and I definitely took my time being very particular. My now fiancee is overjoyed with her new ring and we are going back in soon to get it sized (which Richard tells me will more than likely take less than a day). I'm surprised to see a negative review here because I'm extremely glad I came across them and would absolutely go back here if I had to do it all again.
