  • I've been here twice for major issues for my 17-year-old cat (both times recommended by my Primary Vet), and both times they were professional, thorough, polite and completely accommodating. Never did I feel anyone was trying to "upsell" me like a slimy auto mechanic on more procedures, such as these other two reviews claim. In fact, Dr. Riensche took the time to show me over a dozen photos from my cat's ultrasound, explaining every body part and why it looked the way it did--and pronounced the cat healthy, with only the one issue we knew he had (slightly elevated kidney levels.) I'm shocked at the first two reviews with poor ratings. I trust these people with my beloved pet's life, and I trust them with my finances. THANK YOU DR. RIENSCHE, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!
