| - I'm only giving this a three because previous reviews have scared the heck out of me over the TRULY important thing, service, and I have yet to fully move or know how that is. But having dealt with TWENTY-ONE cox cable reps right now, for a simple transfer of service, I've dealt with HORRIFYING customer service (beyond horrifying, actually). Just got off the phone with Kathy at LVVWD. My goodness. She was BEYOND wonderful. She needs a raise, water district. We did not waste time, but she recognized my out of state phone number, and didn't mind a couple seconds with a WELL welcome chat outside of service. Granted, only service, not even customer service, really matters. HOWEVER, after the HORRIBLE experience with TWENTY-ONE reps at cox, who have been sour AND incompetent, Kathy gave me the information I needed and made my day by not being a robo-customer-service rep, but a warm human being. Now, I dread being on the receiving end of their SERVICE, as the previous reports of their SERVICE OF A VITAL LIQUID is the ONLY thing that really matters, or at least, most of it. Bless you, Kathy, and the other lovely rep I spoke to. Now I dread facing the reality of the other horror stories about cost, delivery of water, etc. Am NOT looking forward to that, hence, the three star review.
