  • Don't know why I still come here, I try not to, but an online chromebook order led me to come after the screen wasn't working properly. They insisted I cracked it even tho I hadn't used it yet, just wanted to get it fixed or replaced. First they told me to pick out a replacement, then 30 mins later said I needed their accident coverage to replace it. They said fixing it would cost more than the $150 I paid for it. I took it home again, did a little research, ordered a replacement screen for $15 & installed it myself in less than 10 mins. Works perfectly again! I'm now convinced the people that work at this location do not have a clue!!!
