  • Literally the worst experience I've ever had taking my 4 YEAR OLD SON, to get a hair cut. Whoever the woman is that sits in the chair right in the front is beyond rude and lacks and sense of customer service and further more love for your fellow woman, mother or just plain compassion for a child. Soon as she sees that she has to talk him be cause he is next in line she instantly gets irritated, continually asking "is he going to sit still ?" Over and over "is he going to sit still?" Making my son start crying before she even got the cape around his neck. First of all he's 4 you know a child will only sit still for so long and after my husband telling her yes he will sit still she kept asking and implying that he wouldn't and she didn't even want to start if we weren't sure. To make anyone feel unwanted is terrible but to make a child feel unwelcome is low. Further more not one other barber in that shop stepped up and said anything or tried to rectify the situation by offering to cut my sons hair! I'm disgusted with the service we received today.
