  • My man Dave at the front desk was outstanding both in his candor and in his generosity in squeezing us in quickly when a "Service Engine Soon" light on a 3-series BMW interrupted a road trip. The issue was a misfire in cylinder 6. After some discussion with a service advisor, we decided to just clear the code and see how things went. The car ended up making it back to northern CA without further incident. This is clearly a busy place, popular with the locals. I will be forever grateful for the quick and professional attention in helping me to return home safely.
