I like your service over the years having flown to Toronto from Houston but I'm still going to blame you for having Jazz as a subcontractor for my flight from Montreal to Houston. I made the mistake of upgrading to first class only to receive second class service that was less attentive then any coach experience I've ever had... and I normally fly United!
Unlike other airlines, there's no point in boarding early when the attendant doesn't offer you pre-take-off drink service. Then when I asked for a screwdriver after takeoff, the attendant made a snide comment about drinking so early since it was a morning flight. It's not really your business other than to serve me. When he offered me breakfast, I asked if there was meat. He said yes but refused to offer anything else with "it comes with meat" and "you didn't request a special meal". I didn't see any damn place to request a meal since I bought the tickets through united.com and my United profile indicates I'm a vegetarian! When he brought the other people meals, I noticed there were non-meat parts of the meal like yogurt and fruit and the meat was just a turkey and cheese sandwich. I could have just removed the turkey myself!
