  • Rented this car through carrentals.com. No line! Shocking! All the other places had lines. I thought, oh-oh, I'm gonna have problems. Nobody was in line. The young man at the counter was very nice and helpful. He took care of me within minutes. I was in and out within 15 minutes actually. I got a upgrade from a compact car to an Equinox for $5 more a day. That was pretty awesome. I have only Fantastic comments about this place and the service, it was fast and accurate. No problems getting a car or with the car. No problems with being over charged like the other places do and then having to spend time to correct the mistakes. I recommend this place, first impressions and service is a must, and Firefly did their job!! Very impressed with the service and the vehicle.
