  • Horrible customer service. I waited 3 months for them to fix my dishwasher. If you like wasting your money throwing it down the drain call Hawkeye Appliance. If you appreciate your sanity time money.... go somewhere else. I would have been better off hiring a friend that knows nothing about appliance repair at least they would have shown up. Oh and to add injury to the insult when you call they pretend to be sorry. To make it seem as though they will put a rush and it never happens however it always happens go somewhere else with your money trust me
