  • I've been to this location many times while visiting Vegas. The cupcakes and ice cream are always good. I usually get red velvet ice cream in a red velvet cone. The service is great. I want to give a special shout out to Karina who works on the ice cream side. I'm a Sprinkles Perks member and I earned a free perk which was a free menu of my choice. Karina was very patient with me as I decided on what I wanted. I decided to get a Sprinkles Sundae which is one scoop of ice cream plus one cupcake. Karina allowed me to customize my order by letting me add more scoops and toppings. Since my order was to-go she took care of putting the toppings on the side so it could survive my walk back to the hotel. She was so helpful and I appreciated her thoughtfulness with my order.
