  • Worst massage ever. For 600 couples massage I would expect to be satisfied, I wasn't, my wife does a better job. No kneading, no penetration, pretty much most expensive back scratch ever. She probably spent 30 minutes of 80 minutes putting paraffin on.I received a ripped robe, locker was difficult to use, jacuzzi and sauna area were nice but that's about it. I have paid this much for a spa before and this wasn't in same class, called to complain, never got a call back. Liked the hotel for most part but this experience left a bad taste and I will spend my $ elsewhere.
