  • worst experiance I have ever had with a jewler!!! Frank the "GOLDSMITH" took a wax mold I supplied and gold and diamonds I supplied and promised me a ring on a certain date.When that date came around he called me just before closing and said his goldsmith messed up the casting and the ring was not finished, and that he had no way to remake because he had no mold. The next day my wife brought in the original ring and he said he would charge me another $165 to make another wax and charge me for a second casting.When I asked for a refund and for my gold and diamonds to be returned I was told that was not possible by the lady that answered and have not heard from Frank since.
