  • I have lived at Park Avenue since 2013. When I moved in here, I was the youngest tenant in the building at 37 years old. Now the building has become extremely diverse. 18-98, and that's one of the things i like about living here. I can get all perspectives. We are a little community. Many of these seniors have no family and no support system, and it feels like a little family here between all age groups. Yes, there are difficulties, when the elevator went out, it was tragic. We have a vintage elevator and could not find the correct parts! Now Kone elevators does monthly inspections and maintains it. They are redoing the pool and common area. Cabanas, Bbq area, fire pit, and HEATED POOL with volley ball net. Once a month pub crawl/ bike rides with CYCLEPUB, and discounts at local restaurants! I am watching more and more improvements everyday, and just so happy with my LOCAtION, in my opinion, the best in town for a former Manhattan girl. I only gave 4 stars, I'll revisit as these upgrades happen.
