  • We have been to Midwood Smokehouse many times, but never on a Saturday night during the heart of the dinner rush. Wow! They were slammed! With that being said, we waited the 20-25 minutes they told us we would. We were seated, with our waitress showing up shortly thereafter. She wasn't rattled or rushed and got our drink order out quickly; she took our food order, and our meal came out fast, considering the crowd. Like with any other time we've been to Midwood, we thoroughly enjoyed our food- my husband got barbeque and I got chicken tacos. More than enough food and always consistent in taste. We spent $25 on 2 meals, not including tip. People were waiting outside and several deep when we left at 7:15. Worth the wait! Apparently they now take reservations, which we will remember next time.
