  • Purchased a groupon online and that's how I discovered Ali's salon . Groupon was very affordable for a Brazilian wax and Ali had good reviews on groupon . Since there are no reviews on yelp I'll be the first to share ! Ali runs her own business which is wonderful . This is not a typical waxing salon . I didn't know this at first so that is why I mention it . The phone number is her personal number as well as business so it is not like calling a regular salon to make an appointment . I actually used her online system called style seat I believe . It was pretty efficient in booking appointments . I recommend texting Ali as the best method of contact . I emailed her about a concern with my groupon and booking at did not receive a reply . I also called her that se day and did not get an answer until I texted her . Another thing to note is that this location has multiple independent stylists . And the building is not called Ali cat spa. I did not know that either when arriving at my appointment . Meeting Ali in person was great and I would totally give her 5 stars for her quality of work . The Brazilian was pain less and I have had several so I would know . My main reason for giving 4 stars is the communication aspect of the experience . I guess since she is independent and does not have her own studio it was different experience for me then where I usually go . I felt like it was difficult to contact her at first and it may have been because it was after the holidays but I was still concerned since the online booking does request a credit card before your appointment . I also texted her the morning of my appointment asking if she had time to do a quick brow wax but I did not get a response . I would have appreciated a "no " or an offer to schedule one at a later time but I received no response .It would have also been nice to have a few more logistical details after setting up my appointment . I do not live in AZ . The name of the location and what to do once I arrive would also be helpful prior to arrival time . Other than that I had a wonderful experience and would for sure recommend anyone to go to her for your next wax! Thank you Ali!
