  • If I could give a 0 Star I would. The guy who answers the phone in the service department is a complete asshole! Don't talk to me like a complete idiot because I don't know about cars. You really want to treat someone like shit who needs a new transmission because Ford screwed so many people out of a reliable vehicle then by all means sir but I'll be damned if you receive my service! Oh and btw i won't be there for my 7am drop off all because you don't know how to treat hard working people with respect!
