I would love to give a zero rating. My husband gave me a gift certificate to massage envy and I decided to try this location. I went for a 90 minute massage and a 50 minute facial. Both times I did not get my full session. They start late and finish early. I was unsatisfied with both sessions. They attempted to sell me the membership after each session which I declined. I still had a little bit of money left on my gift certificate so I decided to schedule one more appointment. Unfortunately I had to cancel the appointment the morning of. I called their establishment and left a voicemail explaining I would not be able to make the appointment. The front desk girl called me two minutes after my appointment time and informed me that I would be charged for the full appointment amount. I explained that I had called and left a message which they had clearly not checked. She put me on hold for a moment and came back and told me they would only charge me half of my appointment amount. I explained to her that that was fine but I would never come back as a customer and she said that's fine and hung up. I understand that they have to charge for a late cancellation. But her attitude was the worst most sour attitude I have experienced with customer service in a long time. They could care less about the customers. The franchise owner should really spend more time in the store. Client beware.
