While I have not been to the location, I did try the Wildflower Oaked Mead. It is a still dry mead that I found light, floral, and pleasant with a touch of sweetness. Mead is a honey wine and this was less fruity than a typical dry white wine but just as potent at 12% ABV. What I particularly enjoyed was the lower acidity of the drink, and the fact that it was not as sweet as I expected it to be. I am very curious to try the other flavors. I picked up my bottle at Steve's on University and it did count towards the mix case 10% discount.
