  • After reading some of the reviews here, I was skeptical but proceeded with my reservations anyway. I had a prepaid reservation with the company and arrived on time. It must've took only 20 minutes total from the time that I arrived at the rental facility until the time I was driving out of the garage. It was totally painless. Signed for the car, headed to the parking garage, did the walk around and filled out the small card with the paint chips and dings, and then was driving out. The return was probably even easier. I parked the car in the line and the attendant checked the milage and the fuel. He told me the total, which was the same that I had prepaid for and I was off to catch my plane. The overall experience with the car helped to make the trip an enjoyable one. I would definitely rent from them again in the future.
