  • I wish to give this place negative stars. My first time there and Julia butchered my hair. As of now, my hair looks like I got into a fight with a weed whacker and I lost. Instead of layering my hair as requested, Julia decided to cut uneven chunks and call them layers. Also my left side is shorter than my right side. Even so, because I was short on time, I politely paid and left a tip. I tried to tell myself once I washed my hair at home that it would make my hair magically look better. It did not. I called the next morning at 10:30am, asked to speak to the manager. The individual on the phone claimed to be part owner and was quite apologetic and promised that they would "fix" my hair. He took my name and number and promised to call me back by noon. It is 1:26pm now, unsurprisingly I have not received a call back as of yet. Perhaps the other stylists are better but please avoid Julia, unless you like having your hair look like you got a cut from a 3 year old child. Also if you do have the misfortune of having your hair whacked off, do not expect these people (the owners) to actually respond to your distress.
