  • There are two sides to this review. After 2 years of thinking about it, I finally joined this gym. I've been a 24 hour fitness customer for over 5 years and I'm quite satisfied with 24, however, I decided to join LVAC to spice up my workouts. The premises are great with plenty of parking space. A great variety of equipment, although some important stuff like squat racks you have to wait in line to use, which is ineffective. But for the most part it has a great deal of equipment that other gyms don't have. I like the track and the group fitness rooms, which are well maintained and pretty good sized. Cardio equipment top notch and negative section a plus and a separate women's fitness room. Separate Steam room and sauna for women which is great if you don't feel like watching a random sweaty hairy chest or a woman on the prowl bending over and stretching hoping to catch more than sweat. I absolutely love the convenience of the snack bar. I get my preworkout when I come in and my protein shake when I leave. They also gave good food. The snack bar employees are always nice and proactive which I LOVE. I usually hit the gym late so I can move around. If you go during peak hours then you need to be ok with working out with another 300 people (no joke) taking selfies and looking around to see if anyone is looking at them. Yes... this gym is a hook up spot. I've never seen so many horny people contained in one place, not even at the club. But if you focus and put your music on and ignore all the raging pheromones then it's ok. I won't lie though... sometimes it is too much. I was going to cancel my 24 hour fitness membership but I won't because I will need my 24 for peaceful workouts in a civilized environment. Now part 2: The lack of customer service is real. The guy that signed me up was extremely rude. He wanted to sell me a 38 month contract... that's ridiculous. He then assumed that I wouldn't get anything so he started to ship me off the gym stating they don't give courtesy passes to try the gym and I needed to go somewhere else lol... I ended up getting a prepaid membership for 27 months (which is also ridiculous). I prepaid for the entire length of my contract so I don't have to deal with another rude moron for the remainder of the time. The guy did not deserve my business. The only reason I signed up with him was because my family was signing up too. I asked him to show me around the premises and he walked me straight to the magazine rack and told me if I needed info I could read the magazine lol! The next day I went in and asked another person to show me around and he pretty much did the same thing. Very disappointing. The gym is definitely a 'Bro' environment, but not in the Zyzz/ Lazar Angelov way, it's more like a Justin Beaver photoshop pose type of Bro... so if you can handle all the horniness and the intense Kardashian vibe then you will enjoy this spot. It is a nice gym. Hope this review helped you in making your 3 year contract decision lol...
