  • This is a hard thing to do because I have ad ok experiences prior like. 3-4 nothing excellent but the last trip in here I had a flat tire not their fault they fixed it decent time about hour and 15 min could be faster. Then 3 hours later same tire is flat.... this made me miss work and lose money again for the day they stated the plug just fell out... they and I have never seen such a thing happen. They did it an about a hour maybe less this time so I wasted 2.5 more hours dealing with this as it's thier fault but now it's been driven on low 2 times the tire should likely be replaced has wear in the side wall they offered nothing to make up for it in the future to retain me as a customer. This is likely the last time I go to a discount. Unless it's warranty related. I'll go elsewhere I need to get 2 more tires soon for the others so I'll se how the customer service is else where. Sucks because I really liked this company been doing business there for 10+ years
