rev:text	I read the reviews and was hesitant on going but gave them the benefit of the doubt. I had been going to one in Tucson for years and currently moved to Phoenix. I was so horrified by the front desk staff. They are rude and inconsiderate. I filled out the papers gave insurance medical and eye, I left and thought wow my bill was high. Come to find out they charged my health insurance not my eye insurance. I went back and they where rude about it telling me I was out of network. No I called and verified before I came in. She made a phone call. She tells me are you sure you want to go with eye insurance it's a 10$ copay and health insurance covers it. I said cause I will save with my lenses. She reimbursed my card some money. I left I get home and notice an extra 20$ charge now. I came back asked and was told they forgot to charge that the first time. I was using frames that I had brought that I bought from Nationwide a year ago. Fine what ever. I than looked and noticed my copay should of been 25$ they charged me 51$. I got my glasses as soon as I put them on my eyes watered headache. I went back next day they told me to give a week. While doing that another lady was asking about how long. They said she needed to chill out it's only been 9min but turns out she had been there an hour. Wow unbelievable. They checked my glasses yep it matched what was written. I left trying them again I just couldn't do it. I called and scheduled an appointment. They whet so rude. The day of appointment I called to verify they didn't have me down. They said come at 1pm. I get here give info she says did you get glasses here. I said I just picked them up last week. She had me site. The lady's started talking crap. They lady said oh yea she had appointment at 1:30pm. The lady's sat and talked about lunch and what they were getting. It was 1:15 they called back and treated me like I don't see what the problem is. I said I want to go back to old script.
