  • Because it's newer, it's much nicer than the Square One location. There are many 'nooks' featuring different categories, re: Lifestyle, Self-Help, candles, scents, etc. The reason I'm even bothering to rate a chain is based on the niceness of the store AND customer service. I was looking for a 2015 agenda which the website stated this particular location had. So I drove out of my way to pick one up. There were apparently 9 in-stock. I found the section for planners and it was very small, so I had to ask an associate. Sarah was very helpful and she not only looked online to confirm what I was talking about, but she also went that extra step to find out which locations carried them, according to their website, AND call them to find out whether or not they had them on-hand. Rarely do I receive this type of customer service...unless it's commission-based. So when I do encounter sales associates like this, they definitely stand out!
