  • I wish I could give this store and Sprint in general 0 STARS!!!! These are the worst customer service employees in the entire effing world! I have been in here 6 times and called into Sprint 10 times! All I want to do is pay off my phone. Every time I call in someone else has a different line of crap as to why I have to pay MORE money and then still not get my phone paid off! Last time I went in I was LIED to, straight to my face that if I make a payment my phone will be unlocked and it still hasn't happened. After I made the payment he said he can't unlock it there so I have to call in.... AGAIN! Once again when I called in they said it can't be unlocked. This is just a BS run around that they keep giving me to try to keep me on their horrible service!!! Their service is the worse on top of it!! Don't use Sprint, don't go to this location, don't call in, this is the WORST COMPANY EVER!!! Go to Verizon! Anywhere but here.
