  • Here I am again at the Aria Hotel and visiting Javiers's for dinner. We opted for the open seating at the bar as it is quicker service and livelier atmosphere. We wanted a more casual setting for dinner today. I had the steak & shrimp combo fajitas with flour tortilla. The steal was cooked perfect and there is plenty of food for 2 to share. The chips and salsa is crisp and crunchy. Always delicious. Had the top shelf margarita which is always a must when you're in a Mexican restaurant. Food is always good and service is fast.
