  • Phenomenal? No, I don't think so. Called Chrysler roadside assistance for a tow on my car sitting at home with dead battery. I explained I wasn't home yet and asked to be scheduled for anytime after 2pm. She said no problem. I get a txt message from roadside saying ETA 2:18pm. We get home by 1:25pm and my baby was asleep in the car so we just stayed in the car waiting for the tow. Tow guy calls at 1:47 And I missed his call. Called him back within 5 mins or less. On the 3rd try he answers and says he was outside waiting for 15 mins and left. BS!!! He says to call his dispatch. So I did. Called 4 times and they finally answered. Kids yelling in the background and all. Lady was rude as could be. I explained we have been outside at least 20 mins before the driver even tried calling me. There was no way he was at my location. Small neighborhood, small streets and we were outside!!! Not to mention the ETA still said 10 more minutes. She didn't care about what I had to say and said well this is where it's at and it's gonna be an hour. Nah I'll pass on that terrible service. Called and made a complaint with my roadside assistance. Never ever will accept phenomenal s****y towing again. Thanks for nothing!
