  • Friendly & knowledgable. Delicious beef, fresh housemade sausages, bone-in double cut pork chops, the list goes on and on. Try the bacon burgers! Everything is delicious and Al and Trudy are exceptional hosts to their shop. It's obvious they take pride in what they sell and in making customers happy. Open four days a week. Well worth the trip from anywhere in the valley.
