  • If it was possible to give zero stars I would. This may have been the worst, most unprofessional and unapologetic treatment I have ever received from any business, ever. From beginning to end, top to bottom there is nothing this company did to merit even one star. They do not return phone calls, they cancel appointments at the last minute, they double book themselves, they are unapologetically 40 minutes late and they do not give the treatment promised. Do not waste your time. Spend a little more to be treated respectfully and get a treatment somewhere they actually care. At Added Touch they did not even pretend to care.
