  • My Doctor was fantastic - one of the best I have had - but she has now left the practice. I wasn't informed, and when I called to make an appointment, her name was still on the phone message. Despite this, the receptionist was quite rude when I called. I was dumped as a patient (I guess the other doctors aren't taking on her patients and they haven't replaced her), so I need to look for a new family doctor. Previously (back when I did have a doctor), the reception staff failed to check me in, resulting in my unnecessarily waiting for over an hour.
